01Why we exist
TurnPro began as a schools programme with a simple question: how many gifted young players never get seen? The answer was too many.
We take football into schools, run open sessions, and bring the most committed players into age-group squads that train through the season.
Every player gets measured, coached and recorded — attendance, physical assessments, awards and highlights — so their progress is visible to them, their family, and the scouts who need to find them.
The academy is built around one idea: a player's record should be as serious as their ambition.

Every player seen
No one is too far from the pitch to be found. We go to the schools first.

Evidence over opinion
Progress is measured and dated, not guessed. The record speaks for the player.

Safeguarding first
Most of our players are minors. Their private data never leaves the academy, and media is published only with a guardian's consent.

Earned, not given
A place in a squad is a standard to meet, every week, at every session.
