The pathway
Stage 01 · Own box
Discover
It starts in schools. Open sessions find the players nobody has looked at yet — raw, curious and hungry.
04The squads
Pick a shirt.
Every age group has a named coach, a weekly rhythm and a place to aim for.
05The talent
34 players.
One record each.
Every player has a permanent public profile, built so a scout can find them and see the work behind them.
06On film
Watch the
work.
Sessions and match days, filmed pitch-side. Player profiles carry their own clips, published with a guardian's consent.
First match of the season
The U17s open the season.
U13 training session
A full session, warm-up to small-sided games.
Thursday afternoon
Midweek training on the main pitch.

Teachers

Coaches at TurnPro are teachers first. Each squad has one named lead who owns its players' development across the season.
